Services Description
HTH Services provides AI-powered Speed-to-Lead systems for home service businesses, including automated SMS response, lead qualification, and booking tools. Our service tiers include:
- Patch — Automated web form response via SMS within 60 seconds, AI qualifier, and booking link
- Seal — Patch plus Facebook Lead Ads and Google My Business integration
- Full Stop — Seal plus HubSpot CRM pipeline and booking confirmation
Service details, pricing, and scope are defined in individual client agreements.
SMS Messaging Program
Program Name: HTH Services Lead Response
Description: Automated SMS responses to inbound lead inquiries submitted via web forms, Google Business Profile, or email on behalf of home service businesses.
Message Frequency: Varies. Messages are sent only in response to inquiries you initiate. Typically 1–5 messages per inquiry.
Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

All SMS messages are sent in response to contact requests initiated by the recipient. We do not send unsolicited or cold SMS messages. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
User Responsibilities
When using our services or website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Use our services only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our systems
- Not impersonate any person or entity
Client Agreements
Business clients who engage HTH Services for ongoing services will enter into a separate service agreement that governs payment terms, deliverables, cancellation policy, and data handling specific to their account.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, and code, is the property of HTH Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific results from use of our Speed-to-Lead systems, including lead conversion rates or response times beyond our technical control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HTH Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Services
Our services integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to Twilio, Make.com, HubSpot, and Calendly. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law principles.
